Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree and have 6–8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in a USFDA-, EU-, or MHRA-approved pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is preferred.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), preferably in solid and liquid oral dosage manufacturing facilities.
- Knowledge of equipment operation, qualification, and validation.
- Experience conducting internal audits and participating in vendor audits.
- Sound understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Experience in Quality Control (QC) or Analytical Quality Assurance in a regulated pharmaceutical organization.
- Knowledge of laboratory instruments such as FTIR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, HPLC, and GC.
- Thorough understanding of audit trail reviews and data integrity requirements.
- Sound knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
