Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods in biological matrices using LC-MS/MS.
- Analyze biological samples for assigned projects.
- Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS instruments and ensure timely calibration.
- Prepare and review draft methods and Method Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, including instrument labelling, logbook maintenance, and calibration.
- Perform activities in accordance with OECD GLP principles.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with an M.Sc., M.Pharm., or B.Pharm. qualification and relevant experience in bioanalytical operations are encouraged to apply. Experience in LC-MS/MS analysis, method development, method validation, and GLP compliance will be relevant to this position.
