1. Microbiology Testing – 10 Positions
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience Required: 2–6 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological laboratory testing and analysis.
- Handle Microbial Limit Testing (MLT), Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET), sterility testing, and bioburden analysis.
- Conduct microbial culture, identification, and staining procedures.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and testing records.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and applicable quality requirements.
Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience in MLT, BET, sterility testing, and bioburden testing.
2. Production – Downstream Processing (DS) – 60 Positions
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Preferred Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Tech
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packing and unpacking of downstream processing equipment and systems.
- Perform in-process and final product manufacturing activities, including manual and automated systems.
- Execute equipment cleaning and monitor cleaning activities according to established procedures.
- Maintain equipment and process records in accordance with approved SOPs and cGMP requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP guidelines, safety requirements, and established manufacturing procedures.
- Support process scale-up, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
Preferred Skills: Relevant experience in biologics manufacturing and downstream processing will be an added advantage.
3. QC Biologics – 15 Positions
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience Required: 2–6 Years
Preferred Qualifications: M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing of finished products.
- Operate and maintain HPLC, ELISA readers, spectrophotometers, Karl Fischer equipment, pH meters, and related analytical instruments.
- Perform biologics quality control testing using biochemical, immunochemical, electrophoretic, and cell-based assays.
- Maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and data integrity.
- Support AMV and QMS activities.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation and reports.
Preferred Skills: Experience in biologics QC testing and regulatory documentation.
