About the Opportunity
Marksans Pharma Pvt Ltd., a leading pharmaceutical company with global operations, is urgently hiring experienced professionals for FDA Licensing roles. These positions involve regulatory submissions, licensing, and coordination with authorities to ensure compliance with Goa FDA and CDSCO requirements.
1️⃣ Technical Role (4–6 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and submit applications for product & manufacturing licenses, test licenses, and import/export permissions.
•Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D, and manufacturing teams for regulatory data.
•Work efficiently on Sugam & NSWS portals.
•Maintain accurate regulatory records and documentation.
•Respond to basic FDA/CDSCO queries.
2️⃣ Senior Role (6–10 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead all licensing activities with Goa FDA and CDSCO.
•Manage complex regulatory submissions and approvals, including product licenses, site changes, and new products.
•Provide guidance and support to the technical licensing team.
•Handle deficiency letters, regulatory queries, and audit responses.
•Oversee database management and keep regulatory information updated.
•Strong expertise in Sugam & NSWS portals is essential.
