Job Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Coordinator Support I role will be responsible for:
- Following departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
- Completing required training within assigned timelines
- Managing day-to-day operational tasks with quality and productivity
- Maintaining project and technical documentation properly
- Performing quality checks on completed work
- Escalating issues to management whenever required
- Supporting additional activities assigned by management
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science
Preferred Qualification
- Current or prior Labcorp apprentice experience
- Master’s Degree in Science
Required Skills
Applicants should possess:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Consistent focus on quality work delivery
- Basic computer and departmental tool knowledge
