Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage the Unified Clinical Veeva Vault platform
- Act as a certified Vault administrator and configuration specialist
- Handle configuration changes based on backlog priorities
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Managers, IT Architects, and Clinical IT teams
- Deliver enhancements aligned with best practices and business needs
- Conduct impact assessments for system changes
- Ensure compliance with GxP systems and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Computer Science, or related field with Veeva certification and GxP experience
Experience
Experience in Veeva Vault configuration, solution delivery, and working in regulated environments (GxP)
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Expertise in Veeva Vault configuration and administration
- Excellent communication skills (technical & business)
- Ability to optimize workflows and system configurations
