Role Summary
As part of the Clinical Data Sciences (CDS) team within Clinical Development & Operations (CD&O), the Associate Database Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining clinical databases. The role ensures high-quality data integrity and supports clinical trial data collection aligned with Pfizer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data capture solutions
- Develop and maintain clinical databases for ongoing studies
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of clinical data
- Follow SOPs and standard work practices
- Support data review plans and study requirements
- Gain expertise in clinical data technologies and tools
🎓 Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma / Biotech / CRO / Regulatory environment
- Strong knowledge of:
- Oracle
- PL/SQL
- SAS
- Java
- Relational database design
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Oracle InForm, Oracle DMW, MS SQL Server, MS Access
- Understanding of clinical trial data processes and regulatory submissions
- Knowledge of CDISC standards
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
