About the Opportunity
This hiring drive is aimed at professionals who possess strong technical expertise in synthesis, analytical development, method validation, and API process development. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical API and intermediates manufacturer and contribute to innovative research projects.
Department Details
R&D (Synthesis)
The R&D team is responsible for developing and optimizing synthetic routes for APIs and intermediates. Selected candidates will be involved in process development, scale-up activities, technology transfer, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes for APIs and intermediates.
- Perform multi-step organic synthesis.
- Improve product yield, purity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support process scale-up and technology transfer activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with cGMP requirements.
AR&D (Analytical Research & Development)
The AR&D team focuses on analytical method development, validation, and testing of APIs, intermediates, and KSMs using advanced analytical instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Method development and validation for APIs, intermediates, and KSMs using HPLC and GC.
- Analysis of APIs, intermediates, and KSMs.
- Execution of method transfer activities.
- Operation and maintenance of analytical instruments.
- Preparation of technical documentation and project reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Any Chemistry Graduate
- Chemistry Postgraduate
- Pharmacy Graduate
- Pharmacy Postgraduate
Experience Required
3 to 10 Years
Industry Experience
Candidates should have relevant experience in:
- API Manufacturing
- Intermediates Industry
- Research & Development
- Analytical Research & Development
