Position Details
Designation: Officer to Executive
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad

Swiss Parenterals is seeking professionals who can ensure quality compliance and support production operations by maintaining high standards aligned with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for a wide range of QMS activities essential for ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance in parenteral manufacturing. Major responsibilities include:
1. Change Control
Managing and documenting changes in systems, processes, and equipment to ensure all modifications comply with quality norms.
2. Deviation Management
Identifying, recording, and investigating deviations, ensuring timely corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
3. Market Complaint Handling
Addressing and investigating customer complaints, identifying root causes, and ensuring proper corrective measures.
4. OOS & OT Investigations
Conducting investigations for Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, maintaining accurate documentation.
5. CAPA Implementation
Implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions, tracking their effectiveness, and ensuring continuous improvement in processes.
Eligibility Requirement
Candidates must have prior experience in parenteral manufacturing, as this role demands strong knowledge of sterile processes and regulatory compliance.
