Job Responsibilities
- Handling granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling operations.
- Operating and monitoring pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, BMRs, and GMP requirements.
Packing (OSD)
Designation: Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Eligibility
- ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- 1 to 10 years of experience
Job Responsibilities
- Managing blister packing and bulk bottle packing activities.
- Performing serialization and Track & Trace documentation.
- Operating packing equipment such as CAM, BQS, Honga, Uhlmann, CVC, Pharma Pack, IMA, and Sachet machines.
Production (API)
Designation: Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Eligibility
- B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech (Chemical), or B.E. (Chemical)
- 1 to 6 years of experience
Job Responsibilities
- Working with reactors, centrifuges, blenders, sifters, and multi-mills.
- Supervising batch manufacturing activities.
- Maintaining regulatory documentation and deviation records.
- Supporting smooth execution of production operations.
Engineering Plant Maintenance (OSD/ Injectable)
Designation: Junior Executive / Executive
Eligibility
- ITI, Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech
- 1 to 6 years of experience
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD and Injectable equipment.
- Electrical maintenance of HT/LT systems.
- HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
Production (Injectable)
Designation: Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Eligibility
- ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- 1 to 10 years of experience
Job Responsibilities
- Operating manufacturing skids, autoclaves, isolators, and lyophilizers.
- Managing vial washing, tunnel, PFS filling, and aseptic filtration processes.
- Handling CIP/SIP systems and injectable manufacturing operations.
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs and QMS requirements.
Quality Function (QA & QC) – OSD, Injectable & API
Designation: Executive
Eligibility
- ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Com, or B.A.
- 1 to 6 years of experience
Job Responsibilities
- Handling raw material and finished goods stores.
- Managing RM dispensing activities.
- Material storage and inventory management in SAP.
- Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
