The Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a visionary QA leader who can bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and operational efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Excellence: A Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology, or a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
- Proven Track Record: Between 8 to 15 years of dedicated experience in Quality Assurance.
- Regulatory Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of GLP, ISO17025, NABL, and GMP environments.
- Compliance Expertise: Deep familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11, ensuring that all digital and manual processes meet international standards.
- Data Integrity Specialist: A strong grasp of ALCOA+ principles is essential for overseeing our data management protocols.
Core Responsibilities and Impact
As the QA Manager, you will be the guardian of our Quality Management System (QMS). Your daily focus will involve:
- Departmental Leadership: Managing the QA department while mentoring a team of professionals and coordinating across various departments to foster a culture of quality.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Reviewing and approving SOPs, validation documents, and technical reports to ensure they align with NABL and regulatory guidelines.
- Audit Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for internal, client, and regulatory audits, ensuring the laboratory is always “inspection-ready.”
- Risk Mitigation: Overseeing critical quality processes including Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), Deviations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Continuous Improvement: Monitoring quality metrics and presenting strategic improvement plans to top-level management to drive organizational growth.
