About the Role
As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will support key regulatory processes related to medical device compliance under Indian regulations. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that Philips’ healthcare solutions meet all necessary legal and safety standards, specifically focusing on the PC&PNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act and AERB (Atomic Energy Regulatory Board) regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Track and establish processes for PC&PNDT regulations at the district and state levels for the sale, supply, and demonstration of relevant medical devices.
- Monitor and streamline compliance with AERB regulations for applicable products.
- Assist in consolidating and reviewing activities within the Regulatory Affairs function of Philips India Ltd (Health Systems).

You’re the right fit for this internship if:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology.
- You can commit full-time from September to December 2025, working five days a week.
- You are based in Delhi/NCR and can attend the Gurgaon office at least 3 days a week.

This internship falls under an office-based role, requiring on-site presence in the company’s Gurgaon facility for a minimum of three days per week. Philips follows a flexible working model but emphasizes in-person collaboration for office-based teams.
