Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- BDS
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences or a related field
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations, including:
- Processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Performing data entry, medical coding using MedDRA, and narrative writing.
- Conducting literature searches and reviewing potential adverse drug reactions.
- Supporting safety submissions to regulatory authorities and ethics committees.
- Assisting in signal detection and safety compliance activities.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of safety data.
- Managing follow-up queries and reconciliation activities.
- Supporting aggregate safety reports and regulatory reporting schedules.
- Participating in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory compliance.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety.
- Understanding of ICH guidelines and global safety reporting requirements.
- Good medical and pharmacovigilance knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with pharmacovigilance safety databases.
- Knowledge of medical coding and safety reporting processes.
