Job Description
As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator at ICON Strategic Solutions, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, contributing to clinical research projects and supporting the development of treatments that benefit patients worldwide.
You will take responsibility for clinical data management activities, ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance and timely delivery of study-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Data Management Plans (DMPs) and study documentation.
- Identify, investigate and resolve clinical data discrepancies.
- Ensure data quality throughout the clinical study lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage study documentation, filing and archiving activities.
- Dispatch and follow up on queries with investigator sites.
- Support data reconciliation, coding and data cleaning procedures.
- Mentor junior data coordinators and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure project activities are completed within defined timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in Clinical Data Management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Familiarity with clinical data management systems such as Medidata, Oracle RDC or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory guidelines is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel approximately 5% as required.
