This role is suitable for professionals with experience in payment processing, financial coordination, accounting, or related activities, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the processing of clinical trial investigator payments.
- Review invoices and verify payment accuracy against contractual agreements and company policies.
- Collaborate with clinical and finance teams to resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Provide regular updates on payment status and ensure timely processing.
- Support improvements to payment processes to increase efficiency and investigator satisfaction.
- Communicate with investigators and clinical trial sites regarding payment procedures and related concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial coordination, payment processing, or a similar role.
- Experience in clinical research or healthcare is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
