Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end API manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational excellence.
- Drive process optimization, yield improvement, cycle-time reduction, and manufacturing cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, EHS standards, data integrity, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve operational goals and build a high-performance work culture.
- Monitor production performance, minimize deviations, implement CAPA, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, EHS, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
Candidate Requirements
- 16–20 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Extensive hands-on experience in API manufacturing operations.
- Strong expertise in production planning, process management, and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to lead large production teams and manage complex manufacturing operations.
- Excellent knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, EHS, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Immediate joiners with relevant API manufacturing experience will be preferred.
