This role is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality clinical and regulatory documents, aligned with departmental guidelines and sponsor requirements.
Essential Job Duties
- Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and guidelines.
- Complete all required training within specified timelines.
- Perform daily publishing tasks ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity.
- Create and modify Clinical Investigator Manuals, requisitions, and other project-related documents as per SOW requirements.
- Ensure language translations of assigned project documents are delivered on time.
- Collaborate effectively with peers to provide accurate Drug Product (DP) documentation.
- Escalate issues promptly and appropriately.
- Support additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Knowledge of clinical research documentation and regulatory submission standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
