- Designation: JRA (Trainee Research Associate) / RA (Research Associate)

- Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers eligible)
- Salary: As per competency & current CTC
Qualification
- M.Sc (Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry)
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
Key Responsibilities
- Operation & calibration of instruments like HPLC, pH meter, analytical balance, Franz diffusion cell apparatus
- Knowledge of GLP, documentation practices, and safety procedures
- Development of analytical methods for assay, IVRT-IVPT studies
- Preparation of method development reports and validation protocols
- Execution of IVRT-IVPT studies for transdermal & topical products
- Preparation of SOPs & STPs for lab instruments
- Support product development through physical & chemical analysis

- Candidates with good communication skills & positive attitude
