Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project or site level
- Enter and manage work orders after reviewing project-specific requirements
- Monitor and adjust inventory of collection kits
- Troubleshoot kit supply issues and coordinate with the Project Manager (PM)
- Support investigator sites with resupply of collection kits and materials
- Review incoming orders from the Investigator Support Team
- Customize and maintain the KMS system based on project/site needs
- Assist Technical Administrator (TA) with database and kit instruction issues
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs, and management communications
- Track and report project metrics within timelines
- Document and escalate service issues when needed
- Support global process implementation
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Science
- 2 years of experience in the clinical research industry
