Job Role
Position: Clinical Trial Coordinator
📍 Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate, oversee, and complete assigned clinical trial activities
- Perform internal, country, and investigator file reviews and document findings
- Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Maintain study-specific documentation and trackers (study team lists, training records, access management, etc.)
- Keep (e)TMF (electronic Trial Master File) updated and compliant
- Provide system support for tools like Activate, CTMS & eTMF
- Handle administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and communications
- Support scheduling of meetings and preparation of meeting minutes
- Analyze study metrics and assist in resolving documentation issues
- Maintain vendor trackers and coordinate study materials distribution
- Assist in preparation and distribution of Investigator Site File (ISF) and pharmacy binders
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in clinical research (preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of:
- ICH-GCP guidelines
- Clinical trial processes
- Country regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English communication and grammar skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Adaptability to changing project timelines
- Ability to learn and work with clinical trial systems
