🔹 Production Department
Role: Technical Staff
Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling production activities as per SOP
- Maintaining GMP compliance
- Documentation and batch record management
- Coordination with cross-functional teams
🔹 Quality Control (QC) Department
Role: Executive / QC Analyst
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 1–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Operation of instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution
- Ensuring GMP/GLP compliance and data integrity
- Calibration, maintenance, and method validation
- Handling OOS, deviations, and audit support
