Position Summary
Clinical Trial Coordinator I – Clinical Research
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage assigned clinical trial activities
- Review investigator, country, and internal files
- Maintain audit readiness as per SOP and regulatory guidelines
- Support site activation and feasibility processes
- Manage trial documentation in eTMF and other systems
- Analyze study metrics and resolve documentation issues
- Assist in regulatory submissions and site communication
- Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth trial execution
- Maintain vendor trackers and study documentation
- Support training and onboarding of new staff
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Life Sciences or related field)
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
- Relevant training or internships in clinical research will be an advantage
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and in teams
