Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned mailboxes and perform inbox triage for client communications and reports
- Conduct duplicate checks and complete initial case book-in
- Enter essential data into safety databases (patient, drug, adverse events)
- Assist in case processing using Argus safety database
- Support narrative writing and MedDRA coding
- Handle Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely adverse event reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance standards
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
- Basic knowledge or experience with Argus Safety Database (mandatory)
- Understanding of pharmacovigilance and drug safety regulations
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
