Position: IPQA Executive (In-Process Quality Assurance)

Experience Required: 4–7 Years
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or relevant discipline
Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing operations.
- Monitor GMP compliance and shop floor activities.
- Perform line clearance activities and batch record reviews.
- Verify manufacturing documentation and quality records.
- Execute environmental monitoring and personnel monitoring activities.
- Support investigations related to deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with Production, QA, QC, and other cross-functional departments.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- 4–7 years of experience in IPQA within Pharma, Biotech, Nutraceutical, or related manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing floor monitoring and documentation review.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
