Shift Timings
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts:
- 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Following applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Completing required training programs within designated timelines.
- Performing daily operational tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Maintaining project-related and technical documentation accurately.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure work is completed correctly.
- Escalating issues in a timely manner whenever necessary.
- Supporting additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use departmental tools and systems.
