Key Responsibilities
- Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and guidelines.
- Complete all required training programs within specified timelines.
- Ensure quality and productivity while performing daily operational tasks.
- Create and modify clinical investigator manuals, requisitions, and other project-related documents as per study requirements.
- Coordinate language translations of assigned project documentation and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality documentation.
- Escalate issues promptly whenever necessary.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science
Preferred Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Science
- 6 months of experience in Clinical Research or related industry
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills
- Consistent delivery of high-quality work
- Proficiency in computer applications and departmental tools
Work Environment
- General office setting
- Extended periods of computer-based work
- Ability to handle multiple interruptions and deadlines
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
