👨🔬 Position Overview

Designation: Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate – Formulation Development

Department: Formulation Research & Development (FR&D)

Work Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Reporting To: Team Leader / Department Head

Experience Required: 0 – 6 Years

Preferred Notice Period: Immediate joiners or short notice candidates will be given priority

Education Qualification:
-
M. Pharm / Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from reputed institutions
-
Solid academic background from CBSE / ICSE board preferred
-
Job Responsibilities:
-
Conduct literature and patent searches for formulation projects.
-
Procure and evaluate reference or comparator products.
-
Assist with test license applications, costing formula preparations, and Bio batch executions.
-
Source raw and packing materials aligned with project needs.
-
Perform pre-formulation studies and maintain master formula records and specifications.
-
Develop and scale up formulations including stability studies.
-
Compile analytical and stability data.
-
Maintain lab notebooks and project files meticulously.
-
Oversee balance calibration and calibration record maintenance.
