About the Opportunity
Biocon Pharma is looking for skilled professionals with experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing, technology transfer activities, validation, and regulatory documentation. Candidates with exposure to global regulatory standards and audits will be preferred.
Position 1: Operator – Production
Qualification
- Regular B.Sc
- Diploma
Experience
- 3 to 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Required Expertise
- Granulation
- Compression
- Coating Operations
- Tablet & Capsule Manufacturing
Position 2: Officer – Production
Qualification
- Regular B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
Experience
- 3 to 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Production operations for tablets and capsules
- Manufacturing process compliance
- Documentation and GMP adherence
- Production planning and execution
Position 3: Officer – Technology Transfer
Qualification
- Regular B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
Experience
- 8 to 10 years in Technology Transfer
Required Skills
- Technology Transfer activities
- Scale-up processes
- Process Validation
- Regulatory Documentation
- Product commercialization support
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates applying for these positions should have:
- Exposure to FDA audits
- Exposure to MHRA audits
