Job Overview
As a Lab Cent Project Coordinator, you will manage centralized monitoring responsibilities related to simple protocols or non-protocol tasks. This role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete required trainings, certifications, and assessments on time.
- Maintain and update internal databases with site-specific details.
- Provide Infosario Portal access for relevant users.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of regulatory documents for kit shipments, such as Kit Contents Chart (KCC), Packing List, and Import Permit.
- Monitor the release of patient lab reports by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain documentation for all monitoring activities for audit-readiness.
- Contribute to departmental process improvement initiatives when applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of systems and procedures through education or experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
