- Senior Officer
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The core of this position involves maintaining high standards of production while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
Core Duties Include:
- Operational Oversight: Supervising granulation operations strictly according to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Documentation: Ensuring the accuracy of electronic Batch Manufacturing Records (eBMR) and eLogbooks to maintain full traceability.
- Process Monitoring: Constant monitoring of In-Process Controls (IPCs), environmental conditions, and overall product yields.
- Equipment Mastery: Hands-on operation and troubleshooting of essential machinery including Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), Blenders, and Mills.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Strict adherence to gowning protocols, equipment cleaning, and line clearance procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production cycles.
