Role Overview
The IPQA Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all manufacturing and packaging operations comply with cGMP and regulatory standards. The position demands strong leadership skills to guide and oversee the IPQA team effectively, ensuring adherence to quality systems throughout the production process.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Master’s degree in Pharmacy
Experience: Minimum of 16 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with a strong background in In-Process Quality Assurance at an Injectable Manufacturing site
Additional Skills:
Proven experience in MNC environments
Hands-on exposure to USFDA audits and compliance systems
