We are expanding our team and hiring for the following key positions:
Available Positions and Experience Requirements
Plant Head
▪️ Experience: 15–20 years (Cephalosporin manufacturing preferred)
▪️ Role: Overall responsibility for plant operations, compliance, production efficiency, and cross-functional coordination.
Product Head
▪️ Experience: 12–18 years
▪️ Role: Oversee product development, new product introduction, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management.
QA Head
▪️ Experience: 12–18 years
▪️ Role: Lead the Quality Assurance department, ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement in QMS.
QA Documentation
▪️ Experience: 3–6 years
▪️ Role: Responsible for review and control of documents (SOPs, BMR, validation, change control, deviation, CAPA).
QA Stability
▪️ Experience: 3–6 years
▪️ Role: Manage stability studies, protocols, reports, and ensure compliance with ICH guidelines.
QC Executive (GLP & Analysis)
▪️ Experience: 4–8 years
▪️ Role: Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per GLP.
QA Executive
▪️ Experience: 4–8 years
▪️ Role: Execute day-to-day QA activities including IPQA, compliance checks, batch record review, and audit readiness.
Microbiology Officer
▪️ Experience: 2–4 years
▪️ Role: Conduct microbiological analysis, environmental monitoring, and sterility testing.
