Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process.
- Identify and source suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Support timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong recruitment experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements effectively.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates who are currently available and can join immediately will be preferred for this position.
