Key Job Responsibilities

1. Independently lead and manage one OSD manufacturing block.
2. Handle core Quality Assurance activities, including IPQA and QMS.
3. Ensure effective implementation of cGMP, GLP and regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor in-process quality activities and manufacturing operations.
5. Review and approve BMRs, BPRs and other batch-related documents.
6. Ensure implementation and compliance with SOPs and quality systems.
7. Handle deviations, investigations, CAPA and change controls.
8. Coordinate with Production, QC, Engineering and other cross-functional departments.
9. Ensure readiness for regulatory audits and customer inspections.
10. Monitor line clearance, process compliance and shop-floor quality activities.
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen site quality systems.
12. Lead, guide and develop the QA team to ensure effective departmental performance.
