Experience required: 0-2 years
Job Responsibility:
- Development of robust bioequivalent product as per market and regulatory requirement.
- Development of Non-infringe ODS formulation.
- Planning of development strategies for formulation development.
- Risk analysis and mitigation of formulation.
- Literature search, Pharmacopoeial status and time to time knowledge updation related to formulation development.
- Timely preparation of formulation documents like drug substance specification, drug product, in-process and shelf life specification.
- Proper RM & PM planning required for formulation development and exhibit batches.
- Planning and execution of process validation & stability batches and review of process validation reports.
- Review and interpretation of analytical results of development batches.
- Weekly analysis Planning of ODS product.
- Planning of Analytical method validation.
- To Keep traceability of all ODS documents and maintain online documentation of ODS product.
- Review of comparative dissolution profile protocol and report.
- Involve in scale up studies and process optimization of final formulation and Smooth technology transfer of ODS products at plant level.
- Timely solve query received from regulatory department and other external agencies.
- Maintain the proper team work and communication with supporting department.
