No prior clinical research experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will:
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at clinical research sites.
- Communicate with investigators, coordinators, and site staff.
- Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, and resources.
- Review medical records and source documentation.
- Ensure protocol compliance and accurate data reporting.
- Review regulatory documents and site files.
- Monitor investigational product and medical device accountability.
- Verify adverse event and safety reporting.
- Assess patient recruitment and retention activities.
- Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or related field.
- Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60–80% across India.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
