Job Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support the development and enhancement of business systems, helping deliver innovative solutions for clients and internal teams. The role involves requirements gathering, system configuration, testing support, release management, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
- Document user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Configure solutions within IQVIA’s platform based on approved requirements.
- Participate in client discussions and requirement clarification sessions.
- Create and manage Jira tickets, dependencies, and project tracking activities.
- Support testing, UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Perform basic root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate fixes.
- Assist with go-live activities and release execution processes.
- Maintain project documentation, release notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Support reporting and dashboard validation activities.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and scope gaps proactively.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or related field
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or related field
- Ph.D. with commercial experience in the healthcare industry
