Position 1: Executive / Sr. Executive – Warehouse
Qualification & Experience
- B.Pharm / B.Sc: 3–8 years of experience
- D.Pharm: 5–10 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finished goods (FG) receipt, storage, and SAP transactions.
- Ensure FG allocation and warehouse management process compliance.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, ISO, DGFT, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for FG release and warehouse operations.
- Train warehouse employees and optimize resources.
- Oversee warehouse maintenance, housekeeping, and documentation.
- Ensure EHS and Data Integrity compliance.
- Lead the warehouse team to achieve departmental goals.

Position 2: Technical Staff – Warehouse
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc / B.Pharm: 0–3 years of experience
- D.Pharm: 2–5 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Handle receipt and storage of finished goods as per cGMP standards.
- Perform eWMS and SAP S/4 HANA transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and cGMP requirements.
- Maintain QMS documentation.
- Manage warehouse aggregation and serialization activities.
- Optimize manpower and warehouse resources.
- Follow EHS compliance requirements.
