Eligibility
- Relevant experience in the Ophthalmology landscape or specialty.
- Relevant graduate degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- More than 8 years of experience, with 4+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing patient support programs.
- Strong project/program management capabilities.
- Strong collaboration, networking, process orientation, and alliance management skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

- Experience with nucleic acid detection methods and nucleic acid chemistry preferred.
- Experience with next-generation sequencing methods, reagents, or protein engineering is an advantage.
- Contract and transactional experience is desirable.
