Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing proactive, data-driven central monitoring across assigned studies and sites.
- Detecting trends, anomalies and emerging risks related to patient safety, data quality and protocol compliance.
- Performing signal detection, triage and prioritization of clinical trial risks.
- Supporting Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) strategies, including SRAs, KRIs and QTLs.
- Conducting study-level and site-level analytics and reviewing clinical trial metrics.
- Synthesizing insights from multiple clinical trial data sources and recommending appropriate actions.
- Maintaining inspection-ready documentation of monitoring signals, decisions and recommended actions.
- Collaborating with study teams, CRAs and other functional stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
- Mentoring and supporting junior central monitors through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Eligibility & Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification with 4+ years of central monitoring experience.
- Experience in centralized monitoring or centralized review with increasing independence.
- Experience working with global clinical trial teams across multiple geographies.
- Knowledge of risk-based monitoring (RBM) and/or risk-based quality management (RBQM).
- Experience analyzing clinical trial datasets and identifying trends.
- Knowledge of central monitoring tools and methodologies.
- Ability to perform structured reviews and prepare inspection-ready documentation.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
