Work Schedule
The selected candidate will be required to work in rotational shifts:
- AM Shift: 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM
- PM Shift: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM
Job Responsibilities
As a Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee, the candidate will support the Kit Inventory Center and site-level kit management activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project or site level according to the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Enter work orders into the database after reviewing project-specific requirements and limitations.
- Adjust collection kit inventory based on information received from investigator sites or project modifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve kit supply issues and escalate complex issues to the Project Manager.
- Assist investigator sites with researching the resupply of collection kits and materials.
- Review and research incoming orders from the Investigator Support Team.
- Adjust or customize the KMS system according to investigator site requirements.
- Assist the Technical Administrator with complex kit instructions and database-related issues.
- Follow management communications, meetings, SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs) in a timely and effective manner.
- Document service failures, work toward resolution and escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science is required.
- Master’s Degree in Science is preferred.
- 6 months of work experience in the clinical research industry is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and work instructions will be important for the role.

This is an individual contributor position, and the role does not involve direct reports.
