Choksi Laboratories Limited is hiring experienced professionals for its laboratory operations in Indore and Goa. Multiple opportunities are available across LIMS, Food Testing and Chemical Testing functions.
1. Caliber LIMS Master / LIMS Executive
Location: Indore
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Skills
- Hands-on experience in Caliber LIMS is mandatory
- LIMS Master Data creation, modification and maintenance
- Test, Specification, Method, Product and Sample Master
- Analytical calculations and test/solution preparation
- Dilution, concentration, factor and assay calculations
- Configuration of LIMS calculation formulas
- Knowledge of HPLC, GC, UV and Wet Chemistry is advantageous
- GMP, GLP, Data Integrity and ALCOA+ knowledge
- Coordination with QA, QC and IT teams
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage Caliber LIMS master data, create and modify test and calculation masters, configure and verify analytical calculations, troubleshoot master-data issues and support users.
The role will also involve coordination with QA/QC, documentation and change-control activities, LIMS validation support, audits and compliance with GMP, GLP, Data Integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
2. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Food Testing
Locations: Goa & Indore
Experience: 2–8 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry / Food Technology / Food Science
Mandatory Requirement
FSSAI Certified Food Analyst certification is mandatory.
Key Skills & Experience
- Food testing and analytical experience
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI standards and requirements
- Chemical and instrumental analysis of food samples
- HPLC, GC and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
- ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL requirements
- Method validation/verification and analytical calculations
- GMP, GLP, SOPs and ALCOA+
- OOS/OOT, deviations, investigations and CAPA
- Laboratory documentation and reporting
- Team handling and analyst training
Key Responsibilities
The professional will perform or supervise food sample testing, review analytical data and reports, ensure compliance with FSSAI, NABL and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, handle technical queries and investigations, and support regulatory, client and internal audits.
The role will also include guiding laboratory analysts and maintaining proper documentation and data integrity.
3. Section Incharge – Chemical Testing Section
Location: Indore
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry / B.Sc Chemistry / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical/chemical testing
- Experience managing Chemical Testing Section operations
- Knowledge of IP, BP, USP and EP methods
- Wet Chemistry, Titration, Assay and Related Substances
- Physicochemical testing and analytical calculations
- HPLC, GC and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer knowledge
- GMP, GLP, SOPs and Data Integrity
- OOS/OOT, deviations, investigations and CAPA
- Team handling, planning and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
The Section Incharge will manage daily Chemical Testing Section activities, allocate testing work, monitor sample completion and review analytical data, calculations, worksheets, chromatograms and reports.
The position will also involve managing chemicals, reagents and standards; training analysts; coordinating with QA/QC; handling investigations and CAPA; and supporting client, regulatory, NABL and internal audits.
