Job Overview
Parexel is hiring a Patient Safety Assistant to support pharmacovigilance operations, regulatory reporting, and project management activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in drug safety / pharmacovigilance.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Triage and review incoming safety reports
- Data entry into safety databases
- Follow-up on case reports (email/phone)
- Maintain safety tracking systems
- Generate line listings and safety reports
- Handle ad hoc queries and audit support
- Coordinate document translations and uploads
- Support regulatory submissions and reporting
- Maintain productivity and compliance metrics
Project Support
- Assist in Central Files Maintenance Plan (CFMP)
- Filing, archiving, and documentation management
- Prepare project plans (risk, communication, quality)
- Maintain training records and project systems
- Support project close-out activities
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and team capacity
- Collaborate with global safety teams
Required Skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving ability

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in:
- Pharmacy
- Nursing
- Life Sciences
- Or any healthcare-related field
- Diploma/Associate degree with relevant experience also accepted
- Experience in healthcare/pharmacovigilance is an advantage
