Candidates should be flexible to work as per business requirements:
Rotational Shifts (Office Based)
- AM Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- General Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift
- Home-Based Work
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Global Investigator Support (GIS) team.
- Ensure patient safety remains the highest priority and escalate concerns when required.
- Communicate with investigator sites through email and approved communication channels.
- Assist investigator sites with portal access, login issues, and support requests.
- Prepare airway bills and shipping documentation for sample shipments.
- Track and follow up on incorrectly delivered samples until resolution.
- Communicate specimen pending arrival reports and coordinate shipment requests.
- Support query resolution activities assigned by the Global Investigator Services team.
- Update and maintain investigator site information within internal systems.
- Escalate site-related issues to global coordinators when necessary.
- Resolve system-generated hold issues and project-related inquiries.
- Maintain training records and review SOPs and controlled documents.
- Track workflow metrics and prepare reports as required.
- Participate in onboarding, compliance training, and continuous learning initiatives.

- Familiarity with Investigator Portals or Sponsor Portals.
- Understanding of quality, compliance, and service management processes.
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Basic understanding of clinical research or operational support functions.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a regulated and compliance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in clinical research support or laboratory services.
- Experience interacting with global stakeholders and investigator sites.
- Familiarity with SOPs, quality documentation, and regulatory compliance.
