2. Quality Assurance (QA) Department
Role: Assistant Manager / Manager
Experience Required: 10 to 15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Qualifications and Validations.
- Overseeing Quality Management Systems (QMS), documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Mandatory Requirement: Direct exposure to USFDA standards and audits is essential for this leadership role. Industry Preference: Extensive experience in Injectable or Sterile Manufacturing is required.
