Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing.
- Assessing valid and invalid safety cases according to client guidelines.
- Performing duplicate checks and case booking activities.
- Evaluating adverse events for seriousness, causality, and expectedness.
- Preparing and updating case narratives.
- Conducting follow-up activities to obtain additional information.
- Supporting safety profile monitoring and risk assessment activities.
- Performing validation checks, self-QC, and ensuring data quality.
- Archiving safety-related communications and documentation.
- Meeting regulatory timelines, SLAs, KPIs, and project requirements.
