Job Description:

Supervise the group of research scientists in work planning,
Executing API synthesis and delivery of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Planning and organizing research activities and resolving procedural problems for timely completion of research objectives.
Handling Research Development projects and conducting multi-step API synthesis.
Developing and implementing experimental procedures for carrying out analysis of process.
Preparing periodic record during experiments and the conclusions reached.
Analyze information, solve problems and write reports on research results.
Develop and produce cost-effective, non-infringing, safe and eco-friendly technologies for the synthesis of complex and small molecules APIs.
Evaluation of patents and identifying possible patentable/non-infringing synthetic routs for APIs for regulatory market.
Managing the entire product development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development and testing activities.
Coordinating with IPR for filing patent applications of manufacturing processes / polymorphs of APIs and Intermediates.
Technology transfer to pilot and commercial scales in coordinating with production for validation of the processes.
Provide necessary support to manufacturing team for clear the OOS of commercialization batches and resolve the quality / yield related issue of commercialized products.
