Educational Qualification
Candidates who have completed a Diploma or B.Sc. in any stream and passed out in 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and work in the Production Department. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting manufacturing operations on the production shop floor under shift supervisors.
- Assisting with machine operations, batch processing and packing.
- Following SOPs, line clearance procedures, gowning requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Maintaining accurate entries in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and logbooks.
- Working in rotational shifts as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Must be a 2025 or 2026 pass-out.
- Must have a Diploma or B.Sc. qualification in any stream.
- Must be a fresher with no prior work experience.
- Candidates who have completed, are currently pursuing, or have previously worked under NATS/NAPS apprenticeship programmes are not eligible.
- Candidates interviewed by Lupin Limited during the last six months are not eligible.
Monthly Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹13,500 per month during the apprenticeship.

Candidates should keep the following documents ready for the interview:
- Updated resume.
- Mark sheets and passing certificate.
- Aadhaar card and PAN card.
- Two passport-size photographs.
