Open Positions and Requirements
The recruitment drive covers three primary departments within the OSD unit. Each role requires specific educational backgrounds and professional experience:
Production (OSD)
Candidates interested in Production roles should hold an ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. qualification. The company is looking for individuals with 1 to 7 years of experience to fill Operator, Senior Operator, and Officer positions. The core areas of operation for these roles include Compression and Granulation.
Quality Control (OSD)
For the Quality Control department, Hetero is seeking candidates with a B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or M.Sc. degree. Applicants should have 1 to 7 years of experience. Available positions include Officer, Junior Executive, and Executive. The work scope involves Sampling, Stability, HPLC, GC, IP/FP, MT, and MV.
Quality Assurance (OSD)
The Quality Assurance department is open to professionals with a B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or M.Sc. degree and 2 to 5 years of experience. The roles available are Officer, Junior Executive, and Executive. Key responsibilities include IPQA, QA Documentation (APQR & MPR), and QA Qualification.
