R&D-AR&D
Experience: 1-4Years
Skills: Analytical methods (UHPLC, CE, electrophoresis, spectroscopy) etc…. for support for product, across pivotal stages and process development. Analytical support for process development (upstream, downstream and drug product) Follow procedures and protocols, accurate records, lab notebook and generate quality data fir product development and analytical studies, author documents such as SOP, MOA and reports necessary for product development and analytical studies.
R&D-DSP
Experience: 1 to 4Years
Skills: Scale up design and technology transfer of downstream processing. Scale down model design, Development and optimization of chromatography steps. Development and optimization of TFF, Virus filtration and other filtration steps. characterization, scale up and technology transfer related documents. Also involved preparation and review of SOP. protocols, maintain accurate records, lab notebook
Bioanalytical
Experience: 1 to 4years
Skills: Proficient in Method development, validation & clinical trial sample analysis (PK, Immunogenicity & PD marker assessment) for Biologics. Hands on experience in analysis of therapeutic antibodies and other proteins in various biological matrices like serum and plasma.
Knowledge on regulatory compliance (GLP/GCP) and data analysis tools is required.
R&D-USP
Experience: 1 to 4Years
Skills: Shake flask studies for clone, media and feed selection. Bioreactor’s preparation (1L,5L,20L). Media, feeds, buffers preparation. Instruments calibration day to day like pH meter, osmometer.
execution in small scale bioreactors and large-scale bioreactors, Analysis like cell count, viability, Metabolites (glucose, lactate, ammonia, glutamine etc.)
• Qualifications: MTech/ BTech/ M.sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics
